Studio Etiquette
This is your time, the world can wait, to fully enjoy your treatment please be kind to yourself and turn off your cell phone.
Please arrive on time to take advantage of the entire time available to you.
Please be aware that all times for treatments include consultation and changing time.
Refund policy
We are confident that you will love our products, however, we ask that you sample products before purchase as returns are limited to product defect. Free samples will be provided for this purpose.
Cancellation policy
Please provide 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid incurring a 100% therapy fee (except in the case of emergency or illness). And because we value your time just as much as our own you will receive your treatment free of charge if we must cancel or reschedule without 24 hours notice.
Gift Certificates
Know someone who needs a little TLC? We are pleased to offer gift certificates redeemable for service and or products. If the gift is for a new client it will be considered a referral and you will receive half off your next treatment.
Payment Options
We gladly accept cash, check, Visa, Discover and Mastercard, however, cash or check is preferred.
Confidentiality
All of the information provided to us is used for treatment purposes only and will not be shared with other parties except under your direct consent.
